Directors Terri West & Tamika McCall are a Mother / Daughter team with qualifications in Nursing (Terri) and Counselling (Tamika) and a combined 30 years of experience working within Nursing, Aged Care and Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

As a Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care, Terri had a fierce desire to create a space where this could be delivered and together with Tamika, they founded Tasmanian Home Nursing in 2021. It didn't take long for their excitement to spread to those nearest and dearest and within weeks this partnership had grown to include a small close-knit team, each bringing different skills and passions they looked forward to sharing with their participants.

Today our focus remains the same - to provide the best care possible. We remain a small operation within industry standards with 10 Nurses, 60 Support Workers, 2 Cleaners, 1 Payroll/Accounts Manager and 2 Administration Officers on staff.
